The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction tasks and managing all field staff to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects within the allocated budget. This role involves upholding the highest standards of quality, managing all trade and field personnel, and implementing effective construction safety protocols for all on-site operations. The Site Manager reports directly to the Project Manager.

This role allows you to make a significant impact while collaborating with all departments daily. The Assistant Project Manager manages necessary documents associated with each project. The documents will include, but not be limited to; Bidding Documents, Subcontractor Agreements, Certificate of Insurance, Subcontractor Payment Recommendations, Requests for Information (RFI’s), Change Orders (CO), Submittals, Project Closeout Documentation, Ordered Material Inspection with disbursement and regular correspondence with Subcontractors and Vendors. The position receives direction from the Director of Business Development, however, will be required to make independent decisions and communications with external parties.
