Summary
Administrative support requires structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, people skills, and flexibility in a fast-paced, growing organization. In this role, one must work well in a close team environment. Be able to present the management/group with professional courtesy and deliver a productive work output. The candidate must adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the organization’s activities and goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Directly assist Office Staff
- Support AP and AR
- Maintain the company’s calendars
- Assist field staff with requesting delivery and removal of equipment and supplies
- Ability to contact and maintain a good relationship with vendors and clientele
- Produce high-quality emails and messages to staff, vendors, and clientele
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays
- Assist in creating and editing Microsoft Office documents, including printing and maintaining company documents
- Working together with the office team in a positive partnership to support each other smoothly

- Experience interacting with senior management and clients a plus
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Accounting/Business Administrative degree is preferred, or three years of comparable work experience
The location of this position is North Wilkesboro. This is not a remote position.
Pay is $15.00 per hour
Full Time
Monday through Friday
8 am – 5 pm
