Site Manager

Summary:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction tasks and managing all field staff to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects within the allocated budget. This role involves upholding the highest standards of quality, managing all trade and field personnel, and implementing effective construction safety protocols for all on-site operations. The Site Manager reports directly to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • This role involves coordinating and managing all construction operations and maintaining regular communication with the Project Management team.
  • The Site Manager directs all field staff to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the original plans and specifications.
  • The Site Manager is also responsible for managing on-site project documentation, including daily work reports and schedules, using Builder Trend.
  • This role involves maintaining professional and respectful relationships with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other staff members.
  • The Site Manager is expected to maintain an organized job site and office, promote safety on the job site, encourage safe work practices, and address job site hazards immediately
